Platform Alerts opt-in

This public page documents the text-message enrollment flow available to registered Tropical Racing users. It does not collect a phone number or enroll visitors.

Enrollment flow

  1. Sign in to the Tropical Racing owner portal and open Settings, then Notifications.
  2. Enter a US mobile number and complete the one-time verification code.
  3. Review the complete Platform Alerts disclosure shown below.
  4. Actively select the unchecked consent box. It is never pre-selected.
  5. Select Enable text alerts, then independently choose the Horses or Progeny SMS topics.

The button becomes available only after the user selects the consent box.

Program scope

Platform Alerts are non-promotional account and horse updates for registered users. This opt-in does not authorize marketing messages, wagering content, betting tips, investment recommendations, or ownership-offering promotions.
