We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies based on account activity and the alert topics you select. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a Tropical Racing message to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also change your choices in the owner portal. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

The Platform Alerts program sends non-promotional updates about horses associated with your account and important account or service activity. The separate News & Events program sends Tropical Racing company updates and invitations from Tropical Racing only after a visitor selects its dedicated unchecked checkbox and verifies the mobile number. We may share information with vendors that process data on our behalf, such as hosting, authentication, payment, document, email, and messaging providers.
